CHARMAINE PARRISH
Principal Solicitor, BA (Hons), Master of Laws (LLM)
Charmaine
is recognised and accredited by Resolution as a specialist family lawyer.
She has been working in private practice as a family law solicitor for over
15 years. Her specialist areas include financial issues arising from divorce
and separation, particularly pensions and business assets. She is highly
experienced dealing with complex financial matters and overseas assets. Charmaine is a Resolution trained
family mediator and collaborative lawyer and is a member of the International
Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
VICTORIA REDRUP (Currently on Maternity Leave)
Solicitor, LLB (Hons)
Victoria is a family law solicitor and a member of Resolution.
She specialises in divorce, separation and financial issues arising from
family breakdown. Victoria joined Parrish Solicitors in January 2006. In
addition to her work in divorce and finances she undertakes a wide range
of family work including cohabitation agreements, private children work
including change of name, parental responsibility, contact, residence and
removal from the jurisdiction applications.
CORINNA HURLEY
Solicitor, BA (Hons), LLM
Corrina joined Parrish Solicitors in August 2009 and has a wealth of experience in family law. She advises on all aspects of relationship breakdown including divorce, financial settlements, co-habitee disputes, injunctions and Children Act proceedings. Her particular area of expertise is residence and contact disputes acting for parents and grandparents. Corinna has a real understanding of the emotional and financial impact on a family when it breaks down and believes it is her role to minimise this trauma for her clients.
