Separation
If your marriage breaks down and you decide that you do not wish to divorce, we can advise you and help formalise matters through a Separation Agreement. The resolving of financial issues takes a similar line to resolving matters within divorce and ordinarily starts with the process of disclosure followed by negotiation. Once agreement has been reached, a formal Separation Agreement is prepared which records the terms of the settlement.
