Children Issues

We recognise that the issues and disputes that arise involving children are of paramount importance and we can provide advice on all aspects of private children related matters.

We deal with residence and contact issues including relocating to another country. We also deal with parental responsibility, specific issues arising for example in relation to children’s education and religion, change of name, removal from jurisdiction and adoption.
